<aboutMe>I enjoy experiments! I spent my five years in college studying chemistry, and another five years getting my postgraduate degree in biochemistry. Right now I work in Washington University School of Medicine here in St. Louis, MO as a junior researcher. I spend most of my time in the lab doing scientific research. To de-stress from a long week of stressful work, I spend time in the kitchen trying out new recipes. I do not have formal training in cooking, I just find it so enjoyable and relaxing. :)

Aside from cooking, I enjoy playing with my dog Maya, and hanging out with close friends, family, and the best guy in the world who happens to be my most enthusiastic food taster. I also enjoy outdoor activities like running, playing ball and hiking.</aboutMe>
