My name is Bhairavi Andrea, but you can call me SeeLaH! :D I am a certified Holistic Health Counselor and Yoga Teacher. I have been practicing yoga and health for 10 years. I specialize in counseling obese men/women/children as well as those with women’s issues. I like to teach a relaxing yoga class that challenges you physically and mentally in a calm and inspiring environment.

I write for two blogs, both my own. This one, Healthy Junk, and Fight Dis-ease! through Holistic Health. Regardless of which blog resonates with you the most, I hope to motivate and inspire you to gain the awareness to achieve maximum wellness!
