I have been interested in the arts since childhood and always loved taking pictures, drawing, writing, and creating my own books and cards.
In high school I took many creative-based elective classes such as interior design, graphic design, creative writing, architectural drafting, and art (including jewelry-making, drawing, painting and sculpture). I also participated in the yearbook club as a photographer and could rarely be found without a camera.
I later earned a B.A. in Studio Arts at the University of Minnesota where my studies focused primarily on photography, video, art history and film studies.
To this day, I love taking photos, designing and creating things with my hands and generally aspiring to create things of beauty.
I am located in the Twin Cities where I reside with my husband and my two crazy German Shepherds.
