I'm a freelance designer and the creator of WP101.com, a popular community for WordPress beginners.
For 25 years, I worked as a freelance designer, creating logos, print materials, websites, and marketing materials that helped my clients distinguish themselves from the competition and connect more effectively with their target audience.
In 2008, I created WP101.com, an online community for folks who are learning how to use WordPress. In just a few years, it’s grown into one of the most popular WordPress tutorial sites, having helped more than 13,000 people learn how to build and manage their own websites.
In 2000, my wife and I started Culture Shapers, a citywide art contest that has awarded more than $1 million to student artists in Houston.
When I'm not in front of the computer, you can usually find me on the back porch, enjoying a cigar and Scotch, or playing with my kids.
