My coffee journey started years ago with Saturday morning cartoons. I’d wake up and drink a cup, practicing a 1-10 coffee-to-milk ratio. I was eight years old and I didn’t need nor want the caffeine. I drank it because it tasted good.
Popeye had his spinach. Garfield had his lasagna. And I had my coffee
I think I’m finally back to that way of thinking.
Brewing coffee is a ritual once again. Minus the milk.
