I work within designated tributary basins to provide implementation assistance focused on helping local governments and NGOs plan, implement, and monitor watershed projects, that lead to quantifiable reduction in pollution. My goal is to work with local governments, NGOs and residents to improve water quality and quantity in the Chesapeake Bay.
