Since 1995, I have been involved in people development. I started in Sales Training and moved to Management and Leadership. I don't really care about the difference between the two, managers need to lead and manage. I am interested in how to help people make their working life productive, fun and rewarding. I am a Thinking Environment Consultant and Coach. The Conditions of a Thinking Environment are carefully woven through all of the development work I do. I have used the Thinking Environment in my personal development and in my family. If you want to know how that has improved my life just ask.

I recently completed a Masters Degree in Coaching Supervision and I have started to Blog for the Association of Coaching Supervisors.
