While already known to the public as a writer, musician, musicologist, and video artist, not as many people are aware that she is also a dedicated Spiritualist, and was a famous psychic in her youth. She learned the Nyingma lineage Tibetan Buddhist practices at the feet of a Tulku, Ven. Dakshong Tulku, in 1996. She was Ordained in 2001. Additionally, in the 1990s, she studied various psychotherapeutic disciplines, notably Core Belief Engineering, under its founder, Elly Roselle. She is also a lay herbalist, specializing in the Bach Flower repertory. A Level 1 Reiki practitioner,  she works primarily with cats. A now-retired petcare professional, she continues to actively assist humans to better understand their feline companions. Since 1997 she has been quietly working behind the scenes with people in need, assisting and supporting them as they work to heal themselves from various disorders, of ultimately Spiritual origin. She does not charge a fee for her services, relying entirely upon donations. A tireless supporter of grassroots causes in her community, she has been active in animal rescue, and is a longtime volunteer with her local Food Bank. \n\nHer website is currently under construction.
