Fiona Lucas is the Founder of Socially Skilled (www.sociallyskilled.com.au) Social Media Marketing consultancy and the online reputation program iRespectOnline. She is a Social Media strategist and educator who specialises in online reputation management. Fiona has a Bachelor of Commerce – eCommerce, Accounting & HR Management and
is an Associate CPA. She has more than 20 years diverse experience working for Government, Private Enterprise and in her own small businesses; and has held various voluntary positions in the non profit and education fields. Fiona works closely with businesses and individuals to develop social media strategy which is congruent with the overall organisational strategy. Through education and training she assists business owners to authentic ally engage with their clients and prospects.
Fiona is passionate about helping others to understand the power of social media and the importance of developing and modelling good social media etiquette habits; our children are growing up with social media – we need to make sure we are all engaging in a positive and respectful way.
She is a Foodie, lover of wine, bubbles, conversation &
laughter, travel, cyclist, poet and a huge believer in giving back to society. Creating great work/life balance is important to Fiona – she believes that if you love what you are doing, you’re never really working at all.
