I graduated in 2006 from the IUP Academy of Culinary Arts with a Certificate in Culinary Arts, and from IUP Main Campus in 2010 with a B.S. in Food and Nutrition. I currently work as a cook at a small-scale cafe.

My main goal when I started college was always to be involved with the health and fitness field in some way. Anything related to food, fitness, and health has become an inseparable part of who I am.
