NOTE:My name is Alfonso Sintjago. I am front Venezuela and I am interested in education 2.0 and the growing implementation of ICT's and their implications for developing countries. I am currently working on my PhD at the University of Minnesota in the School of Education, CIDE program.  Apart from my interests in education, I swam for four years at Ouachita Baptist University where I obtained BAs in History, Political Science, Sociology and Spanish. I have a MA from the University of Florida in Latin American Studies with an emphasis on Development. My wife is from England and we are happy to live in Minneapolis.
