I am the principal facilitator and coach of StrategyWorks. I have spent the last nine years facilitating workshops and coaching teams and individuals. Most of this work has been to:

Set strategy
Initiate projects
Define processes
Work with the emotions, behaviours and life skills required for a productive day

Prior to this work I spent 15 years as an internal facilitator and consultant in the corporate environment. I worked for organisations in Government (Marine Research), Geological Exploration, Mining (Machine Health Monitoring and IT), Oil, and Financial Services. During this time my predominant role was Analyst, Catalyst or Facilitator. I used Joint Application Development (JAD) extensively for Requirements Analysis and Systems Design and have broadened this base with considerable Organisational Development training and experience.

I have a BSc in Chemistry and Geology, an MSc in Materials Engineering, and an Accounting Diploma. I also have a certificate in Organisation Development from Sep Serfontein and Associates. I am currently engaged in studies towards an MA in coaching through I-Coach academy of Middlesex University.
