So I went to a super-expensive university and got a fancy-schmancy degree. I also met a boy and fell in love and followed him to the big city. We got a sixth floor walk-up and I got a job in academic publishing. Writing was pushed aside for late nights at the office, happy hours, and planning a wedding. Then we got the crazy idea to have kids and everything changed. I traded days at the office for diaper-changing, toddler-chasing, playdates, and playgrounds. Writing has been pushed aside for keeping up with two crazy boys and editing on the freelance. But I’m trying to fit it in again. I’m hoping that maybe writing and editing and wild little boys can co-exist. This is my point of view; that of a mom, a New Yorker, and a girl who’s trying to fit it all in.";s:15:"currentLocation";s:3:"NYC";s:4:"urls";a:1:{i:0;a:2:{s:5:"value";s:35:"http://momseyeviewnyc.wordpress.com";s:5:"title";s:14:"Mom's-Eye View";}}}}}
