		<aboutMe>A native of Oklahoma, Tom began his professional career as an  Automotive Technician. After a few years of developing his mechanical skills in that field, he served 6 years in the United States Air Force Reserve as an Avionics Technician. Here, he excelled at his craft and continued to grow his knowledge and understanding of military aircraft electronic systems which led him to a similar position with the Department of Defense. During his time there, he was referred to, and in January of 2010 accepted a position as a Field Service Engineer in the same industry with a Fortune 500 company, where he is currently employed. 
     
Mr. Bauman has a passion for the topics of leadership and       personal development, and strives to grow in these particular areas in his own life, daily. He plans to someday use the information and skills he develops in these arenas to have an impact on lives of other families in a big way. 
    
 Some of his personal interests are: 
                        - Ice Hockey
                        - Fly Fishing
                        - Aviation
                        - Reading
                        - Serving Others
                        - Spending Time with His Family

Tom and his beautiful wife Claire, have been married for 4 years and have 2 wonderful children, and currently reside in the Milwaukee, WI area.
