Team Trader is the name of my women's volleyball team. It's quite catchy and it has expanded out to my life as well.

Who am I? My name is Sarah and I'm a wife, mother, daughter, sister, employee, friend, teammate and leader.

My family consists of my husband CJ, who is a stay at home dad. We are blessed that I make enough money to allow him to be at home taking care of our beautiful little daughter, who I will call Munchkin. He also wrangles in our 5 year old yellow Labrador, Samson.

I work in technology and stay very busy. I am the President of a professional organization and the captain of a volleyball team.

I'm also a foodie. I love to eat and will be the first to admit that I don't always make the healthiest choices. I go for taste over nutrients some times but try to be good when I can.

I'm busy and my life is full of adventure. So come along for the ride and enjoy!
