I'm a wife and Mother of 2 grown sons. D and I live in the country, actually just a few miles from where we were both born, so, you could say that we are part of the landscape since we were planted here so many years ago. I love to paint, cross stitch, garden and take pictures. I've always lived in the country and love animals of all kinds, especially horses, dogs - we have three, Belle our beagle, Murph our English setter and our newest additon, Tully our JR terrier and here of late 'chickens'. Hence the name of my blog.
