I’m no Saint, but God's grace makes me worthy. A missionary kid who lost her faith and found the way back only through leaving full-time ministry, accepting the challenges and sacrifice of motherhood, becoming a drunk, getting sober, being deeply depressed and through it all, working to be accepting of myself and others -- only by finding Jesus.
Daily I strive to be more humble, ever faithful, and to write with full recognition that I do not deserve my charmed life. This is a very quiet (even contemplative) blog. I'm honored to offer my poetry, essays and photographs here and I do hope you will stay and read a while. All photography and words are my own unless noted. I am a member of the Redbud Writers Guild.
