Tricia Sedgwick is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with a background in Environmental Studies. She spearheaded “The World in a Garden”, a multicultural urban agriculture project of Jewish Family Service Agency (www.jfsa.ca/garden.html) designed to enable youth and community to experience the nutritional and environmental benefits of creating organic food systems from seed to table. Tricia is also the founder of ‘Seeds of Plenty’ www.seedsofplenty.com, an organic, sprouted flour, baked goods company. Seeds of Plenty is built on ethical business practices and a fundraising model that gives back to garden projects across the globe. Outside of nutritional consulting, Tricia also coordinates local farm & food tours in BC, educating people on food security issues while enjoying the many pleasures of home grown food.
