Jamie and I are concluded our second year of attempting to live a healthier life. We are definitely better than we have ever been.
In 2011, we have run three half marathons! We also came across a great 90 Day Challenge program through Body by Vi. We are seeing great results and feel the best we have in years. The program is perfect for people with a hectic schedule like me. I used to always skip or miss meals, but not anymore.
What does 2012 have in store for us!? We are going to train for our first marathon next year. 26.2 miles of fun and accomplishment...beyond that we will start training for a triathlon.
