I live in rainy Washington State with my husband, two sons (ages 16 and 13), three cats and a dog. I'm a jeans and t-shirts kind of girl who loves being out in nature. My interests include: reading, writing, yoga, meditation, Buddhism, Shamanism, aromatherapy and finding ways to live well with fibromyalgia and chronic myofascial pain.
