I then spent the next 15 years combined playing and coaching the game. As my high school did not have a team at the time I joined the Great Lakes Football Leauge (GLFL) which is now the Ontario Varsity Football Leauge (OVFL) with the team of Mississauga Warriors. We won the 1998 GLFL championship.\n\nFrom there I was recruited to Saint Mary's University to play for the Huskies. During my time there, we won 5 AUS championships, 2 Atlantic Bowls, 1 Churchill Bowl, 1 Uteck Bowl, and 2 Vanier Cups. I also personally won 2003 First Team All Canadian. \n\nI was then drafted to the Montreal Alouettes in 2003 34th overall. I spent 4 years playing in the CFL between Montreal and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. \n\nIn 2006 I participated in a coaching role in a new football league started in Nova Scotia called the Nova Scotia Varsity Football League (NSVFL). I spent time as the Offensive Line Coach and Co-Offensive Coordinator.\n\nI am now turning my attention to creating this blog so that I can help provide you the up and coming young student athletes with the information and tools needed to help get yourself recruited.","urls":[]}]}
