I am a 25 year old Freelance journalist who is passionate about changing youth mental health services in Ireland.

I am involved with youth website www.spunout.ie, and an advisor to Headstrong, The Irish National Centre for Youth Mental Health.

I set up Unwind Your Mind as I was frustrated at the lack of information about practical things people can do to help them feel better.
I'm tired of the emphasis on medication, and want to encourage people to ensure they have mental health equivalent of your five a day to keep them feeling well.
