My name is Stacy and I live in the Washington, DC metro area. I am not a wine expert, nor do I wish to be. But, I love wine… I love Virginia…and, I love traveling. Recently, I joined with my “partner in crime” Anthony Parker, to set out on a mission to visit every Virginia winery and then share our experience in hopes that others might follow us and see what Virginia wines have to offer. Over the years I have come to enjoy the taste of Virginia wines and also the beauty that surrounds the vineyards throughout the state.

Sean and I travel all throughout the state to share our winery stories! (but, sometimes I go with my girlfriends and leave him at home ;-) .

This blog is especially for the wine lover who is also a novice. While knowing the specifics about wine such as varietals and tannins are very important, anyone can get this information at the wineries and from the experts. Our goal here is to get people to the wineries and we hope to do this by providing readers with great information and views on the wines, landscape, and more.
