Larry is the Executive Director of Southwestern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and has been involved in various forms of government service and planning, both nationally and internationally, for over thirty years. He is also a musician and songwriter and loves to recreate in the outdoors.
