Born and raised Texan, who uprooted to Jersey almost 4 years ago for a huge career change. I'm a flight attendant and have been able to indulge in some great cuisines around many parts of the world. I'm Mexican-American, so I've had the BEST food growing up! Between my Grandma LT and my Dad, I've had the best mexican and good ol' fashion home cooking! I'm no expert, by far. But I do love food. I love taking pics of my grub and sharing my love for yummy nosh with anyone who'll listen. My boyfriend has learned that the only way to my heart is through my stomach! Must feed the beast!!

I've always been somewhat of a foodie, without the cooking part. Until recently, I was only a baker. I dabble in the stovetop cookery, but I'm most comfortable with the oven.

So, here I am. Not sure what is to come of this. I figure I can share a little baking, a little learnin' (gotta get the cooking down, so one day I won't have to treat my future kids to pre-made meals everyday!), and a lotta grubbin'!
