Wordsmith awards 2011 aims to:

Empower students to discover creative writing and poetry performance skills.

Empower students to engage in further and higher education.

Introduce students to the concept and practise of lifelong learning.

Discover and nuture new poets and writers.

Create and publish new, original poetry.
