Pandoh Himachal
I am practising Yogi with a Masters degree from the world renowned Bihar School of Yoga & devoted my life and energies to the development of Applied Yoga Psychology. My current research initiative is on the genesis of yoga psychology in Indian philosophy with special reference to Western Psychology. I am a Civil Engineer by training, but a life coach by design, consider Yoga also as Human Psychic Engineering and have empowered people from across the globe with the power of Yoga and contemplation. Earlier I had run a naturopathy and yoga centre and camps for enthusiasts. I found my life constant dialogue with an ever changing and intriguing world. In my quest to acquire knowledge, I travelled to various spiritual seats such as the Osho commune at Pune and BiharYoga Bharti. I have taught Masters students at Kurukshetra University (India). Free time I spend initiating childerns into the joys of nature and yoga.
