Introduction to Nutrition course, Advanced Massage Techniques, Holistic Facial and Indian Facial Rejuvenation Massage, Advanced Pregnancy Massage and Advanced Certificate Course in Teaching Infant Massage IAIM, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage and Remedial Massage for Injury Prevention, Corporate Chair Massage, Indian Head, Reflexology, Reiki Master, Yoga, infant Yoga and First Aid certificate.
Nadia is dedicated to the pursuit of alternative therapies and health lifestyles. If anyone doubts that try sneaking non-organic food into her house! Originally from a financial background with a French Accountancy/Business degree, Nadia moved to London where she worked for many of the biggest financial companies. During her 18 years in London, Nadia became more involved in Health and Wellbeing, studying a wide range of holistic and complementary treatments with the most highly regarded London teachers and schools. She moved to Dublin in 2009 and set up Your Self Centre, Dublin’s premier corporate Health and Wellbeing Company. Nadia speaks 4 languages including English, French, Arabic and a bit of Italian. She also studied over 71 different essential oils to suit each individual client's physical and physiological needs
