I'm committed to increasing my understanding, knowledge and implementing a holistic approach to health and wellness, and to find my best self through the principles of healthy nutrition, exercise, mental well-being while having fun in the process.
My reason for starting this blog is to continue learning and to encourage and motivate others to live a healthy lifestyle. My goal is to inspire and encourage anyone who struggles to juggle family and career with health and fitness live fit, healthy, and empowered to take back control of their health.
