My roots are buried in the Dirty South. I grew up learning the importance of God and chivalry through my family's immeasurable amounts of good ole fashioned Southern Hospitality. I began writing poetry in my late teens mostly via avenues of heartbreak. Music has always helped to instill an inner peace in my ever-racing head and beating heart. I moved out west 15 years ago and live right around the corner from a little slice of Heaven. Most people refer to it as Lake Tahoe, I call her Home. I play Chef during the day and search for ways to save the world by night, through reading, writing, and believing. I have been on an epic journey to get to the bottom of my purpose in this existence we call life, and in the dual nature of the wilderness within me, I am finally beginning to feel what it is to be free.
