My roots are buried in the Dirty South. I grew up learning the importance of God and chivalry through my family's immeasurable amounts of good ole fashioned Southern Hospitality. I began writing poetry in my late teens mostly via avenues of heartbreak. Music has always helped to instill an inner peace in my ever-racing head and beating heart. I moved out west 15 years ago and live right around the corner from a little slice of Heaven. Most people refer to it as Lake Tahoe, I call her Home. I play Chef during the day and search for ways to save the world by night, through reading, writing, and believing. It is been an epic journey to get to the bottom of my purpose in this existence we call life, and in the dual nature of the wilderness within me, I am finally beginning to feel what it is to be free.
