Although he's had a successful career in real estate, Elliot Adler is always looking to learn new things. He is currently studying for his certification as a real estate investment trust (REIT) manager. This will allow him to maintain an interest in a larger portfolio of mixed holdings, including apartment complexes, office buildings and other commercial properties.
