Eric Garrett

Garrett is the restaurant's chef de cuisine. He oversees the kitchen and the whole culinary crew, as well as the development of new cuisines and menus. With a focus on sustainability, Garrett fills his culinary dishes with renewable local ingredients like fish and mushrooms, while limiting typical meats and imported haute cuisine features.
