I’m an animal-loving nature appreciator, fond on photography and loved my job as a nurse until I was forced to medically retire.

I’m also a mum and a wife, and initially met a brilliant therapist in couple counselling, but then embarked on my own therapy as the psychotherapy techniques used in couple counselling opened up a bit of a Pandora’s box, unexpectedly.

I’m still currently having therapy and have been blogging my journey through therapy so I don’t forget how far I’ve come, and to potentially share what I’ve learned. If nothing else, I found reading someone else’s experience and being able to relate to it, is powerfully helpful, so maybe by keeping this therapy blog I can somehow spread the love a bit too!
