I was born in Calgary, Alberta, raised across Canada, taught overseas and currently live on Vancouver Island. (For now, anyway) Encouraged to share my husband, John's, and my retirement adventures, (mishaps) by my daughter-in-law, Ashly, who writes her own blog, "Ashly & Monkey In Vancouver, BC," I started blogging in October 2011. Since switching to WordPress I am excited to share my adventures with my new community. Enjoy!
