I recently published my first book entitled THE JOURNEY: TEN CONCEPTS OF HEALING. Mental/emotional health is key to enjoying stability in life and go hand in hand with your physical health so that you are becoming the best version of yourself. I have been through some tough times emotionally myself and decided that it was time to share my journey with others. Through our stories we help each other. Through openness, we inspire each other. We may be at different points of healing on our path, but with each step we take, we can motivate another to move forward as well. Mental health wellness is a journey and this journey affects us all.
