Mark Frankel was also named Assistant Dean of the Wisconsin Judicial College because of how much he helps and guides people in the legal and judicial fields. Frankel would go on to be one of the people who wrote the Wisconsin Benchbook, which is the most important reference book for judges in Wisconsin.
