My weight loss success is attributed to my daily commitment to eating wholesome food in balance and moderation AND fitness. Sustainability is also made possible by continually trying new recipes and challenging my fitness.

My sobriety is achieved one day at a time through Alcoholics Anonymous since July 15, 2013. I hope to encourage and inspire you by sharing my journey with you.
