Living in a city overrun with showgirls seriously sucks when you're on the edge of 'morbidly obese' on those BMI charts... Especially when you're alone. Just trying to slowly chase that number back into the green with healthy recipes, workout ideas, and commentary on how hard that can be when you're not only fighting a scale, but also overcoming depression. Taking it one step at a time, hoping it adds up to something wonderful.
