I've been a Human Resources professional for over 17 years. I have worked in HR in non-profit, banking, nursing and wholesale environments. My specialties include organizational development, talent management, cultural enhancements, employee relations, benefits, and technology.
I'm currently the HR Director for a regional planning agency in the Philadelphia region. I live in the South New Jersey area and enjoy networking with my fellow HR colleagues via local organizations or social media.
My main purpose for writing this blog is to actively engage the HR community with issues in organizational development and current affairs in order to promote progressive "leading" HCM practices that affect communication skills, problem solving skills, and leadership practices.
