My name’s Peter Hood and for the past 20 years I’ve prepared and cooked food exclusively for children.
I’ve found that over this period lifestyles have changed and with it, eating habits. Today our children face two major obstacles. The first, and not only in the poor countries of the world, is malnutrition. The second — obesity. In both situations there’s a deficiency of vitamins and minerals, anti-oxidants, essential amino and non-essential amino acids that the body so desperately needs.
