Randall’s journey of life has taken him from being raised in New York City and finally settling in the San Antonio, Texas area. Proud husband to Carmen , father and grandfather. I spent eight years as a United States Marine and 16 years in law enforcement. I realize the most rewarding aspects of my work and passion has been from helping people in time of need.
