Hello, my name is Ryan Covele and I'm a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise and a graduate student at Ball State University with a concentration in sport performance. I just recently graduated from Indiana State University with a bachelor's degree in exercise science with a minor in strength and conditioning. I'm also a USA weightlifting level one sport performance coach and am currently working on my first major strength and conditioning certification. My future goals are to be the head strength and conditioning coach of either the Indianapolis Colts or Indiana Pacers, globally recognized personal trainer that motivates billions of people all of their world to enhance their health, a motivational speaker that speaks all over the world, and a fitness blogger and writer that contributes to major magazines including the New York Times and Forbes magazines. I created this blog for the sole purpose of helping a countless number of people change their lives through fitness through educational posts about various topics of fitness.
