-Managed all estate portfolio valuations for 750 multi family properties within 69 syndicated partnerships and capitalized development in excess of $2.3B

-Led internal construction, legal, accounting and finance teams during acquisition and disposition process

In his personal time, Steven Bacino enjoys travel, food, wine, rugby and sailing. He is a retired member of the Austin Rugby Club and still particiates in an occasional scrum or watching a live match in all regions of the world.
