I a married mother of two beautiful children. I am also the program coordinator of a therapeutic horseback riding center called Equessense Therapeutic Horse Play. We teach individuals with special need how to ride horses. I was also diagnosed with bipolar disorder when I was 35. My symptom presented when I was 14. I lived a life fighting an invisible monster for 22 years, until I finally found a doctor that could help me. I'd like my blog to inform people about the struggles that mental illness presents in people lives in order to remove the stigma and misinformation. I'd like people to realize saying I have bipolar is equivalent to saying I have blue eyes. I want to reach at least one person a day. To offer a voice to those who can't express what they are going through or educate some one about the fight we fight in this community.
